ORDERING & DELIVERY
All Original paintings will be sent by courier. You will be notified of shipping and tracking will be available. Merchandise will be sent direct from the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled after ordering as they are all personalized. Your order will begin processing immediately after ordering. The same applies for print orders. If any item is faulty please email- firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of any damage and that of the packaging. All items from partners should arrive a maximum of 30 days from ordering.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from receipt of delivery to cancel your original painting order. It must then be returned within 14 days after cancellation. Please return with all original packaging intact along with the certificate of authenticity to receive a full refund for the price of the product. If there is damage to the item, please photograph the damage with a digital source as it may be required. Although we don’t cover the cost of returning the item, we do cover the original shipping costs. All refunds will be paid no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
For items ordered through partners that provide personalized printing, please email email@example.com in the first instance. Personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty. Please read the DELIVERY notice above with regard to ordering.
